Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) posted a 14% year-on-year revenue increase to ₹22,316 crore in FY25, driven by robust execution in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and Buildings & Factories (B&F) segments. Net profit ROSE 10% to ₹567 crore, reflecting operational efficiency gains and resilient margins.
The company demonstrated strong capital stewardship, reducing net debt by 25% to ₹1,953 crore and maintaining a healthy Net Debt-to-Equity ratio of 0.3x. A successful qualified institutional placement underscored market confidence in KPIL's long-term strategy.
KPIL's oil & gas business surged 114% year-on-year to ₹1,758 crore, fueled by domestic project execution and international expansion, including a key project for a Saudi energy leader. The company is well-positioned to capitalize on its strong order book and favorable sector trends, with projected CAGR of 19/24/47% over FY25–FY27.
